I ordered around £100 worth of kit off the Dye UK paintball website on Friday and I was fairly worried today, since there was a 1-2 day delivery and nothing had showed up. I thought it was fairly strange when I put the order through and I didn’t receive any form of receipt or confirmation.

I emailed Jeff Abbot the head of operations this morning, and received a response only an hour later. Talk about surprising, eBuyer support might get you a response to an ‘eNote’ after at least a minimum of 2 days processing with a nobody on the other end.

One item was out of stock, but will be back in within the next 2 weeks. Jeff was kind enough to make sure it goes out on a separate order so I don’t have to wait for my other items. It’s all sorted now; with a replacement from the newest line of clothing being sent, other items replaced with equivalents, and free postage on both orders!

Sympathies for Jeff over at Dye, to quote him;

We are in the process of building a new site and it is dragging on.

I’ve got no idea how many people are having problems over this and how long it’s going to drag on for, but I’m very pleased with how it’s been resolved!

Update: Had a two day old email from Jeff in my Hotmail spam folder this morning. Turns out my debit hard has also expired! There was no chance of me sending my new card details over email, so Jeff recommended I ring the Customer Services Manager; Ellcie. She already had all my details and I should now be receiving everything on Monday morning.
